So last wednesday at football practice I fell directly on my knee. Im a fatass offensive lineman, and thats a lotta weight coming down directly onto that small area. I mighta landed on someones cleat but I really don't know. It started swelling almost immediately but I didnt tell anyone because I thought it was just a bruise and figured that it would go away. I played the game friday night, we lost, per usual, and I played a little bit of the jv game monday too because we dont really have anyone else to play Tackle.

So today my knee swelled up like a grapefruit, and Im not joking. The entire area all around my knee is swelled and appears to be filled with fluid. So I reluctantly went to the trainer to discover that nobody on the varsity team had anything better to do than watch the trainer take my knee's temperature with this really cool laser thingy. She said she thinks I mighta ruptured my bursa sac.

If you don't even know what that is, dont even bother commenting because all I really want to know is how long I would be out if, hypothetically, my bursa sac were burst. Theres only three weeks left and if it was up to me I woulda just dealt with it, and its sorta one of those things that i would have rather not known. That being said I still havent gone to the doctor and our trainer has a reputation for being a little bit... People basically say she doesnt know what the fuck shes talking about.

Okay so theres a giant bruise, all the way down my lower leg and about five inches wide extending from the bottom of my knee down to about my heel. Theres another one on the outside of my knee. That ones purple and it looks pretty badass. Theres another on the back of my calf just below my knee, and finally theres a large lump on my lower thigh that appears to be filled with fluid. Thats what my knees like too.

Thanks for reading all of that if you managed to get through it. I understand most of you dont give two shits about me or my fucked up knee. You dont have to tell me. And Im probably overreacting because I dont even know if this is serious at all because none of my friends know what the fuck a bursa sac even is. Sorry for wasting your time, but if you're on ebaumsworld there arent a whole lot of productive things you coulda been doing.
