Working in a callcenter for a bank i have realized that the quote: "The squeky wheel gets the grease" should be translated to "the bitches who treat you like shit and with no respect get whatever they want." Working for a bank that charges fees to people who overdraw their account ( i know, fucked up right?), about half of the calls i recieve everyday have  to do with people wanting their money back.

The people who call and understand what happened who are polite and treat you like a human being get shit back. We charge them $200 in fees and they get shit. Literally. We mail them an envelope with shit in it. However, when the spawn of satan calls, threatening to rape and murder my newborns, demanding that we refund her the $25 fee she was charged, i say "Fuck you bitch" and hang up. Yeah i wish, unfortunatly i say, "Sorry maam i am an unable---" then i am cut off to "Give me your motherfuck going supervisor before i go Duke Nukem on your ass!!" Then the supervisor gets on the line and refund everything back with a complimentary blowjob. 

This always leaves me saying you got to be fucking kidding me. Mr fucking Rogers could all us up, (yes i am fully aware he would need to be brought back to life) the nicest man on earth at one time and after overdrawing his account by a dime becuase he wrote out a check to build homless shelters would get charged a fee and would get back a envelope containing shit when asked for something back. This is all because he wont act like a 3 year old and throw a temper tantrum making threats against peoples family animals. 

So what i have begun to do was call back the customers who act like adults and normal human beings. I tell them to call us ack, ask for Tom, and just say you got charged a fee and would like something to be done about it. So far i called back 5 people and all 5 called me back and i was able to get them back some of their money. I finally could not stand to let another day go by and watching the good people get fucked over for being too friendly while these pricks get back whatever they want.

Just something that pissed me the fuck off.............
