Chongo wasn't like other kids, infact, he wasn't a child at all, he was a fucking midget from the planet Midgetonia.  Chongo had 1 power, and that was the power to annoy.  He was equipped with the power of studdering.  Chongo's studder could be so bad at times, that you mine as well have been listening to a drunk mexican.

Chongo crash landed into the Earth's crust and survived the crash due to his abnormaly large ass.  Like most Earth bound midgets, Chongo had a huge ass that he had to hobble around with. 

Chongo was here for a reason, and that reason was.....to bring all the Earth bound midgets back to Midgetonia.  But before he could do that...Chongo needed to blend in and become accepted by society.  So Chongo did the one thing that he thought was right....Chongo got a job....a job as a Chirpet in George Lucas' new movie....Space Dogs......Chongo knew he was safe with George....George became Chongo's father figure on Earth...as for Chongo...if you're still reading this you're gay he become known as a hero.
