Ok I if you havent heard the news Disney bought Marvel for $4b Monday. Now that doesnt mean that all your old comics will sky rocket in price. It just means that Marvel has to go through Disney now when they make big decisions.  Marvel still has contracts with other companys to make movies, Sony still has the rights to the next three Spidey movies. Fox still has the rights to make anymore X-Men, FF,Silver Surfer, or Daredevil movies if they chose to. Paramount has they rights to the next five Ironman movies also. Plus Marvel Super Hero Island at Universal will stay as long as they follow the contract and if they still want to keep it. We wont see any effects right away but trust me once these contracts run out and Disney has control completely things will change. Now I dont know if it will be for the better or for the worse but they will change alot. I am in business marketing classes so I know what I am talking about when it comes to this stuff. Disney has a much wider crowd to bring Marvels stories to. They can bring Marvel to a much younger crowd then Marvel ever could have alone. Disney has their hands in everything and if they do this right Marvel could go from being huge tand become Unstoppable< stole from the Juggernaut. They best phrase I heard was from one of Disneys reps " If it aint broke dont fix it". Now this makes you think things will run like they always have but only time will tell. Lets face it Disneys not know for the hardcore stuff and if they decide they want to show the lighter side of the stories well they have the power to do so now.
