ok so my mom downloaded this thing callled anti virus 360 onto my comuter. every 20 seconds a message pops up saying how infected my computer is and telling me to give information. i really neeed help deleting this. i tried already but it came back. i went to the anti virus 360 settings screen and the entire thing is unclickable. please please somebody help me!!!!
