She's gone tonight.  She's taking my son tomorrow night.  My daughter is ambivalent about staying with her.

I asked her what her plan was.  It didn't include making an effort to save the marriage.

"I guess we have to decide what to do with the house."

I explained that her behavior was not parental.  I suggested that she was being immature and putting her own desires in front of her children's.

She would have none of it.

"That's your opinion."
