Today the US Navy turns 234 years old! What started as a conoe club for some water sports enthusiasts has blossomed into the greatest sea-going fighting force the world has ever seen.

To anyone who has ever served, or plans to serve, I give a big Thank You. This also goes out to the other branches but today is a special day for the Navy so I mentioned them first. I served six years in the Navy, not that anyone cares.
