I Sent An Email To My Favorite String Cheese Company
Dear Lactalis American Group,
I would like to begin by saying how much I enjoy your string cheese.
The office I work in recently purchased a box of your string cheese from Costco and I have had the pleasure of looking forward to eating your cheese everyday since. I think it is just delicious and unlike many other string cheese brands, your cheese always pulls apart perfectly.
The thin shreds that break and wire as I pull from top to bottom make me smile. I feel as though I have accomplished something great while making my way around your cheese rod. I listen to the cheese. I take my time and search for the perfect strand to pull following its natural grain. I can taste the love and at times it is metallic.
Though with all great things there is a down side, and I don't mean to sound unappreciative, but the one problem that I have come across is that the cheese warms up and become sticky in my hands while I'm eating it. For the first minute or so the cheese is fine, firm and cold but over time the ends begin to melt and it becomes increasingly difficult to pull apart smoothly. Do you have any advice on how I may prevent the cheese from doing this? Should I wear gloves or have the temperature turned down in my office? Any advice you can give on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
In conclusion, I would like to thank you for your wonderful product and ask that you send my office a complementary box your 'Galbani' string cheese, because we are running low and no one bought more from Costco this past week.
Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Ramble_Khron
