Twenty one years ago a good and decent man identified the problems and challenges that faced  America then and today.  He is, in my opinion, your greatest citizen, someone who, not without challenge, can put America on the right track. His observations and recommendations are as true today as they were twenty-one years ago. It is my greatest hope that you will listen to this interview and realize its significance, not only twenty-one years ago, but in terms of today.
