IKEA Makes Terrible Kids' Drawings Into Decent Stuffed Animals

Swedish furniture giant (and maker of furniture-sized Rubik’s cubes) IKEA has found a different way to make your home a better place. Refrigerators across the world let go freon-filled sighs of relief into the atmosphere after IKEA took YOUR kids drawings and made actual toys out of them. It’s all a part of its Soft Toys for Education fundraising campaign, because the kids who drew these are probably not allowed to play with hard toys. Children from all over the world, aged 4 to 10 submitted their drawing (scientists confirm kids in that age range actually do have motor skills, despite what you see here). IKEA had the unenviable task of picking only (!) drawings, which means there are millions of pictures out there even worse than these. Settle in!

Actually, this is a pretty solid drawing of Che Guevara. I would buy this t-shirt.

Island of misfit toys 2 - in stores now!

IKEA will donate one dollar to children’s education projects for each toy sold, which should raise at least four dollars.
