f that.  This is a think tank.  Give your ideas on renewable energy sources or ways to reduce polution i'll start.

1.  I know you shop at Walmart.  Walmart could have a collection for all those plastic bags.  Why would you return all that plastic that would otherwise not rot in a landfill?  Oh maybe a discount on your next purchase relative to what you return.  Money is a good incentive.

2005: 6,600 walmart stores...how many plastic bags sold everyday and wastefully filling our environment?  Thats just Walmart.  WALMART PLASTIC BAG RETURN/DISCOUNT ON SALES!!!
