About a decade ago, there were a couple books released called "Scuse Me While I Kiss This Guy" and "He's Got the Whole World in His Pants". They were filled with misheard song lyrics, from well known ones like "There's a bathroom on the right" or "One-ton tomato" to lesser-known ones like "Totally blitzed by a fart". Here's a short list of my own...Yeah, some of them are a stretch, but that's honestly the way my brain processed the words
"Evil Woman" by ELO
Misheard lyric: Eat marajuana
Actual Lyric: Evil woman
"What's Love Got to Do With It" by Tina Turner
Misheard lyric: What's gloves got to do with it?
Actual Lyric: What's love got to do with it
"Under the Bridge" by Red Hot Chili Peppers
Misheard lyric: Knock up the bitch downtown
Actual Lyric: Under the bridge downtown
"The One" by Elton John
Misheard lyric: Like Frida feels when I hold a grudge
Actual Lyric: Like freedom fields where wild horses run
"December" by Collective Soul
Misheard lyric: Just took my son to a trip to Maine. Your cat runneth over again.
Actual Lyric: Just tilt my sun towards your domain. Your cup runneth over again.
And as an extra, a misheard line from a movie
Said by Friar Tuck in "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves"
Misheard Line: I'd rather roast an elf.
Actual Line: I'd rather roast in hell.
