The Four C's of Hate

So, where do I start?  Many of us, including me have written religious blogs until we are all blue in the face.  I did my share then tried to let it go.  I try to ignore the comments I see on other blogs, but it is difficult.  So, I decided to write another rant in order to try and reach some people out there who still insist on spewing ignorance and hatred then point fingers and scream foul at others who do the same.

Usual disclaimer: I here by declare that I am by no means trying to force my beliefs or opinions on others.  These are MY thoughts, opinions, beliefs and observations only.

It’s a good thing we live in a free country like the USA.  I mean we have the Bill of Rights, which guarantee us certain rights as citizens of this country.  We say what we want, we can write want we want, we can pray to whomever or whatever we want and we don’t have to talk to the cops if we want too.  But, where in the Constitution does it state we have the right to hate?  Well, maybe freedom of speech and the press gives us that right, but I doubt out forefathers wanted the Constitution utilized to promote hatred.  As you know, it was intended to give all citizens of the United States certain freedoms, but I have to say some people sure have twisted the true meaning of the Constitution to fit their selfish and self gratifying wants and needs.  Anyway, for those of you who do not know or those of you who care, I am a person that is hated by many.  When I say many, I mean millions of people would love nothing more than to see me die a horrible death.  The reason for this hatred is due to my beliefs, race, career and political choices.  I am a Caucasian, Christian, cop and conservative.

First of all, let me just say I cannot help that I was born a white male.  I am not going to apologize for this, but I will say it wasn’t my fault.  In today’s society, being a white male is not necessarily a good thing.  The feminists hate us because we are chauvinistic.  Hispanics, blacks and other races hate us because we are racist.  The white male has become a symbol of all that is wrong.  We have been emasculated, put down and I know this may be hard to believe; we have become victims of discrimination.  Anyone ever hear of “affirmative action?”  If you have ever lived in Michigan, such as I have you should know what it is all about.  I could go on for hours about this, but I’m trying to keep this blog short enough to hold the reader’s interest.

Yes, I am a Christian.  I choose this of my OWN FREEWILL.  I have not been brainwashed.  Nobody stuck a gun to my head and said, “Believe in God or die.”  Oh, wait, that’s what the Muslim extremists do.  Oh I’m sorry, I wasn’t being politically correct.  Shame on me for speaking badly about another religion.  We Christians aren’t allowed to do that, society says so.  We Christians have to sit back, shut our mouths and let every other religion and non-religious group speak their minds. Because, we all know that all Christians are arrogant, self-righteous, judgmental pricks.  The only thing we want to do is corrupt the minds of children, steal from the poor and give to the rich, (Oh wait I’m sorry that’s what Republicans do, silly me) spout our superiority and shake our heads at all the misguided souls out there.  You know, I am sick and tired of being portrayed like that.  It’s a load of horse crap that all of Christianity is considered rotten to the core.  Let me say this.  Before you attack Christianity, do your homework.  Visit some churches.  Talk with a variety of Christians before categorizing all of us as idiots because we believe in God and the Bible.  A lot of you are quick to judge, just as a lot of Christians do the same, I have only stated it a thousand times now.  But, I am tired of being the humble little Christian blogger who writes, “All Christians are sinners too, and I am so sorry that some Christians have hurt your feelings.”  Well, I still feel that way, but I’m also a little fed up with the atheist/agnostic/I hate the world people who do not practice what they preach.  If your going to point fingers at Christians for the all the bad things they do, then you better look in the mirror and make sure your perfect before you start pointing!!!

The first day I walked into the police academy, my Sgt. told me I was suddenly hated by thousands of people who didn’t even know me.  The mere fact that I decided to become a cop caused all these people to hate me.  At the time I was like “Um, ok but so what?”  Well, after being a cop for 10 years I now know what pure, unfiltered hatred is all about.  But, that’s ok, if I had a chance to go back in time and start over, I would still make the same choice.  I know not everyone hates cops, but I know a lot of people who do, have a misconception of the Po Po.  Some people have a legitimate reason for hating us; I know this, just as I know there are dirty cops out there.  But I’m here to tell you that the vast majority of us are good cops who are trying to help people and do our jobs.  For all of you cop haters; educate yourselves about police work before spewing your hatred by, joining a citizen’s academy, doing a ride along or just sit down sometime and ask a cop some questions.  We are a very standoffish and distrustful lot, but give us a chance and some of us will open up a little and talk about the things we do.

Last item.  Everyone stand up and clap, I know this was a long blog.  Yes, it’s true I am a conservative/Republican.  I wasn’t born this way, and I certainly made my choice of my own freewill.  Once again, I will not apologize for this.  But, I will say this; I love my country, I love God, I love my family, I love my job and I would not trade any of this for anything.  You can hate me if you want, but I do not hate you in return.  I get angry and sometimes I say things I shouldn’t, but nobody is perfect, and some of you would be good to remember that before you write your smart-ass comments and blogs condemning others who don’t believe the same as you.

Ok, I’m done.
