One of the most absurd Slasher Movies made, Jack Frost, not to be confused with the family friendly film starring Michael Keaton that came out a year later, is about a convicted Serial killer who is genetically bonded with snow during a car accident on the way to his execution. He then becomes a murderious snowman set on revenge and causing sadistic mayhem.

#3 Candyman (Tony Todd)

The supernatural ghost of a murdered man, Tony Todd's unforgettable role as Candyman is one of the most jarring monsters of film. Appearing without warning, and striking viciously with no sense of rational material logic to his form, he is the boogie-man par excellence.

If you're good at something, never do it for free

 #1 Joker (Heath Ledger)

Considered by many to be the best of the Jokers, in The Dark Knight, Heath Ledger's portrayal of the most famous of Batman's enemies will always be remembered for Ledger's tragic death after the film, but this tragedy does not change the strength and conviction of Ledger's acting in the film, giving the Joker a new dimension to an already complex and horrible character.
