If anyone is from Long Island or the surrounding area, i'm sure you've heard this by now, but for those who aren't, one of my friends, Rick, was shot in Albany last night. He was walking home to his off campus house around 11pm last night when he was shot in the head by 2 guys riding past him. Rick was left for dead and by the time any help reached him, he was unresponsive and it was too late. He was rushed to the hospital but nothing was able to be done to revive him. He was taken off life support today at 1pm and died. No suspects or motives are present at the moment.

I went to high school with Rick. He was one of the nicest, most charismatic, down to earth guys, you will ever meet. You never think something like this can hit so close to home until it actually does to someone you love. We live in a sick world and I hope the bastards who did this to him get what they fucking deserve. Rick Bailey...R.I.P...my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. we love you and miss you
