Hello all.

I'm going to be moving (again) very soon into my first home...no more apartment living for this bag of douche! Anyway, I can't really justify stocking up on the old luxury items as I did in the past....i.e. cable television. As of late I've been downloading all my favorites and putting them on disc to view; its way easier and convient to my schedule. But, it's been getting a little ho-hum with the same old shows and I'd like to branch out a bit. I always stick to my favorites---How I Met Your Mother, Dexter, True Blood, Stargate Atlantis and Sanctuary--- but don't really know any other really awesome shows to get into.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what to download and add to my collection? I'll watch pretty much anything with a decent plot. New, old, cancelled...I don't really give a poop, just as long as its entertaining. I've heard good things about the new Battlestar Galactica (new to me, anyway)...any other suggestions? What about the "educational" lot? Any good shows on Discovery or National Geographic I should be checkin' out?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I have two weeks until the big move and don't want to be stranded without something to watch.
