Wow, who would have thought that my blog about circumcision and breastfeeding would have caused such a stir?  I was merely expressing my frustration at the Western World's need to cut off the foreskin soon after birth and why the Western world finds it necessary to destroy something that women should do naturally......

Yes, you guessed it....I'm one of those weird moms who breastfeeds until my child is ready to wean (I do stop them after 3 years old....although my younger daughter quit nursing on her own at 2 1/2), I co-sleep with my baby (until they are about a year old or climbing all over me at night), wear a sling to carry my baby rather than cart them around in a carseat all the time, and prefer to not alter my child's body (baby boy is a first since I already have 2 girls and in the Western World, there's no reason to alter their little bodies right after birth) in any way.  I only vaccinate my kids because if I don't they cannot attend public schools (I would home-school, but I really don't have the patience for that, and besides, don't my tax dollars pay their salaries?).
