Arthur was just recently let out of prison and had been working as a laborer. He and his fellow construction workers were down working on the new Business Park Offices up in Boston when out of nowhere he grabs a passerby by the throat shaking him violently screaming, "GIMME A DOLLAR!! GIMMEE A DOLLAR!!" His buddies pull him off screamin' "Artie, Artie!! What the hell are you doin'?" Arthur isn't cooled down for five minutes when he grabs another person, this time a woman, by her neck and starts shaking her..."GIMME A DOLLAR!! GIMME A DOLLAR!!"
This time the cops show up. They arrest him on the spot.......it was the biggest news of the day...even made the front page headlines in The Boston Globe:
"ARTIE CHOKES TWO FOR A DOLLAR!"
