Dirty Johnny walks by his mother's room one night and sees her naked on the bed playing with herself. She's moaning aloud, "I need a man."

The next night, Dirty Johnny sees his mother naked on the bed again, except this time there's a man on top of her. Johnny runs into his room, starts playing with himself, and shouts, "I need a bike!"
