Man goes into a bar and says, "Hey keep can I get a budweiser"

Keep responds to he's assistant, "Hey jackass get this man a beer"

the assistant does so, and about 10 mins later the patron asked the keep again, "Hey can I get another one of these?"

Keep turns to the assistant and says, "Hey jackass get this man another beer."

Finally the patron had, had enough of the keep demoralizing his assistant so he asked the assistant "Man why do you put up with him calling you a jackass?"

Assistant replies, "Aw, he-haw, he-haw, he-halways calls me that
