A patient is admitted to the hospital for an orchiectomy to remove a cancerous testicle. When he wakes up, the doctor tells him he has good news and bad news.
"Which would you like to hear first?" asked the doctor.
"The bad news." said the patient.=
"We accidentally removed both of your testicles." said the doctor.
"Oh my god... Then whats the good news?"
"Well, you won't get prostate cancer."
