Martha was applying for welfare. The social worker asked her for the names of her five sons sitting with her.

"Well, this is my oldest, his name is George.

"This is my second oldest, also named George.

"The three little ones are named George as well."

The social worker asked how she differentiated among them with them all being named George.

Martha replied, "Oh, I just call them each by their last name."
