there's a white, a mexican, and a chinese guy all in a field. their manager goes to them one at a time and assigns them jobs. he tells the white man he is in charge of digging holes, the mexican he is in charge of raking, and the chinese man he is in charge of the supplies.

the next day the manager gets to work and the white guy and the mexican are just standing around, doing nothing, and the chinese man is nowhere to be found. he asks the white man, "why aren't you digging?" he answers, "i don't got no shovel"

the manager then walks to the mexican and asks him why he isn't raking. he responds likewise, he has no rake.

the manager spends the rest of the day looking everywhere for the chinese man without any luck. right as he's about to call it a day and leave, the chinese man jumps out and yells, "SUPWISE!!!
