#1 NBC Owns Your Story When you sign on to be a contestant on the Biggest Loser (a reality tv show where contestants compete to lose weight), you sign a contract that says NBC owns your personal story and that you cannot talk badly about the show ever. -

#2 Hotel Lockdown Contestants are not allowed to leave their hotel rooms when the show is not filming. -
