If adding an extra layer of paint over an already coated outlet was an art form, these landlords would be up for an Oscar. Instead, they're just complaining that they actually have to respond to their tenant's texts.

This is what we call the landlord special. Where refinishing a countertop means trapping a dead mosquito under a clear layer of epoxy. Or telling your tenant that black slugs coming from their shower isn't a problem.

Can you imagine if you tried this hard at your job? Do you think you'd keep it long? How about this genius who fixed a leaking ceiling with some tubs and funnels? Bravo sir, bravo.

So if you can't afford your own house, let this collection of bad landlords be your motivation to go rob a bank.
