A purported porn inspector has been arrested. Andrew Libby, allegedly impersonated a detective and demanded X-rated films. On several occasions, Libby went to the video store, flashed a badge and claimed to be a detective assigned to its "age verification unit." Libby even left a business card from the unit, which, of course, does not really exist.
