In this piece by KnowYourMeme, the girl in the meme has been found, and interviewed. It turns out that she is from Argentina, and the photo was taken at a music festival there.

Funnily enough, the featured couple were actually in the background of an original photo the snapshot of them is from, which was taken in 2018. The girl's name is Denise "Denu" Sanchez, and the boy in the clip is her now ex boyfriend. The meme originally circulated mostly in Spanish speaking media in 2019 before resurfacing recently. She claims that she was actually just singing song lyrics to him, and that it's too bad some memes portray her poorly. She says, "They have treated me like a toxic girlfriend too! Hahaha.
