Drumpf prepared for a possible pandemic by firing the entire Pandemic Response Team in 2018, and allowing the gov't emergency medical supply stockpile dwindle down to basically nothing. Then Dotard went ahead and ignored all the red flags and warnings because that's what an inept Commander "not so" in Chief does.
