      • Early on Giuliani claimed he had "insurance" locked in his safe that prevents Drumpf from throwing him under the bus. Media has it Rudy heard Drumpf was pissed so he called him to say it was a "sarcastic joke." At times Rudy acts goofy but he's no dummy. He probably does have voice recordings and emails implicating Drumpf. (Boy that would make a juicy book and movie!) The way I see it Rudy is last in the bus line. Barr, Pompeo and Pence are ahead of him.

      • McConnell more than likely will kill the Senate impeachment trial. If Drumpf wins in 2020 and the Senate flips to Democratic control impeachment proceedings may start again. Impeachment is not a criminal offense so double jeopardy does not come into play.

He's pretending to quote an interview Ukrainian President Zelenskyy did in Time, but of course he didn't read it and he knows his pigheaded worshipers won't read it, so he's free to lie about it. If it was a perfect call, why remove the transcript and lock it down on a server reserved for the highest classified information?

      • IMO Pelosi used the "invite" as bait for her "trap." She knows he won't be one upped by her, he has to have the last say. She knows he's a pathological liar. If Drumpf provides written answer to questions I doubt he'll know he's lying. If he testifies in person then the trap is sprung. Lying to congress in person or by writing is a federal crime. On the flip side he may testify and refuse to answer questions, instead blabber about how great he is. What he does in the next few days will be interesting.

These are real charities not some fly-by-nite foundation setup to skim money into a campaign fund.
