About Me

Henry Ellis Sensei co-author Positive Aikido. Ellis a direct student of the legendary Budo Master Kenshiro Abbe from 1957. He was one of the first of 5 dan grades in the UK for Aikido from its inception by Abbe Sensei in 1955. He has taught in the UK -Europe - Australia - USA.
The Ellis Schools of Traditional Aikido founded in 1962 was one of the first Aikido organisations in the UK. The ESTA now has schools in the UK and USA.
