      • Which recipe Neko? I don't see anything about how to make it, I posted a basic definition of what a Bechamel sauce was & how it's crucial to make one in creating a basic Mac & Cheese. So quick to attack, yet you're Asian. Stick to what your culture dictates to be delicacies like Feline, Canine & noodles. All of which I enjoy eating by the way. :D

      • Yes, a real job, that would require me to be laid off when the snow touches the ground. No thank you. Everyone eats. Therefore my career path is recession proof & much more stable than a construction job. No, I am not morbidly obese. Food is fuel, which powers your body. It deserves respect & adoration. Careful attention & practical application. Unless you don't think taking care of your body is a pertinent issue...then I understand the lack of effort you're putting into fueling your body.

It can be used to create many sauces including compound cheese sauce which is crucial in the creation of Mac & Cheese.       • Why don't you make a compound Bechamel sauce with the Cheddar cheese?? Escoffier, Bocuse & Careme would be rolling over in their fucking graves reading this garbage. This recipe is lazy & sounds disgusting.
