      • As far as Wal Mart is concerned are we really getting the whole story? Unless we have access to court transcripts and official documents we may never know. It has not been proven that Walmart has violated the law in this situation. But then again maybe they are.

      • Corporate greed exists there is no doubt about it. But, companies large or small have a right to protect themselves in a court of law and lets face it they are in business to make money. In order to protect their money they make people jump through legal hoops to get that money. Six figure chump change for McDonalds is all fine and dandy, but they cannot just go around handing out cash to every person that claims they ran afoul of one McDonald's products.

      • I get it that Mickey D's coffee was too hot, but how did the woman spill it on herself? No matter how hotthe coffee, the woman, not McDonalds spilled it in her lap, so had she not spilled it, she would not have gotten burned. I think there is duel responsibilty here.

      • In this case it was pot. Not pot in their system, the want and need to smoke it. The blog was intended to point out stupidity asshole. My attitude you know nothing about my attitude.       • Actually they did break in to smoke weed. They had the pot on them before they went home. They broke into their house so they could listen to music while they smoked their weed in the backyard. Cripes!!! The whole purpose for their actions was so they could smoke their weed.

      • I understand that Tom, but these two knuckleheads only concern is scoring their next bag of weed and how soon can they smoke it. Pne of them was already on probation for possession and the other kid had just finished probation for the same reason. Not everyone who smokes weed is a pothead, but these two definately were.
