      • Alright experts this is 7 minutes from me and this stretch of highway is directly next to the st Lawrence seaway = more wind than standard major highway. This is a white out, your blind at 10 your blind at 110. Cops hit an accident they were not responding to. He's driving a tow truck because it's his job to drive back and forth in a blizzard waiting for these accidents. Companies own parts of highways. He has winter tires they are mandatory in Quebec. He says : Ahhhhhh , "calice". (cah-liss) french swear it's church blasphemy then calls dispatch and says I just nail 2 cop cars. The only safe thing in a storm like that is to not drive, unfortunately him and the cops don't have that option. If you don't live here u don't know.
