  - I'm going to have to agree that is is heavily photoshopped. If you notice around the inside of her legs, there are the remnants of a very choppy selection/editing, with the edges a little blurred to cover up the mistakes. Also, her right leg does not look natural, do you see how it doesn't even resemble her left leg? It looks like most of the wrinkles are fake - added in with the brush tool, and then slightly blurred. I never usually claim anything is fake, but it's somewhat obvious here.
