  - this happened a little over a week ago. We tried to post the video on YouTube as soon as possible to get the word out - we have only received fake emails about who this person is but we have turned ever email over to the authorities in the hopes of catching this guy. If this person is your friend you need to tell him to come forward immediately - for his own sake.
