- Well, I though I had it figured out.
  - So there I was, bitching about making ends meet last night. And today I get a call from my mom. She got a letter from the bank and apparently I have a decent amount of money from an old account that her and my dad openned as a college fund when I was little. We completely forgot about it. lol. Its not a ton but its enough to keep my head above the water for a bit.

  - Call it your style. Everyone's art is unique. I saw a piece get horrible reviews at a showing in one place, then got great reviews at another. Its all in perception. You may not see much in it, but if you can put yourself into it, and maybe a tag bit of organization, you may be on to something.

  - The degree I'm wanting to do is speech pathology. And that requires a masters to practice. But, It would be such a waste to get my masters and not use it. And Justlife it's really not that bad. Make sure u have fun with not knowing what to do. If I cant get things together within the next few months, I'm going to try and travel the world a bit. But thats a BIG if.

  - The whole one job field for the rest of my life thing gets me. So I HAVE to love it. I love my current job, but it doesn't pay well at all.

  - If you have some good sketches, or would like to try to see what you can do with it, look for a small gallery. That's what my friend did. She found a small gallery that was really big on promoting local artists. And they helped her out alot. That would be the best place to start. Go in and maybe talk to someone. Alot of times the smaller ones are run by local artists.
