      • I feel most spiritual in my gym at home. I don't need all those machines. I'm a freeweight sort of lifter. I like doing excercises that I can apply to real life activities. Weights are one of the few things that calms me down and helps me relax. I lift when I'm pissed, stressed, sad, irritated, panicked, whatever. When I lift, nothing else matters...except for the adrenaline and endorphins going through my body. I also love the soreness that results when you haven't lifted in a while. I lifted so much in 8th and 9th grade, that I got the nickname "Steroids". I'm not really big, but I am totally ripped.
