      • Seriously though, who the fuck are chumbawumba? Any reason why I have ment to have heard of them? Oasis heavily influenced the Arctic Monkeys who had the fastest selling British debut album of all time and the second fastest selling debut indie album in history. Thats influence if you ask me. Not that I like Oasis anyway, Liam is a prick.

      • I knoe Stalingrad is in Russia I ment Stalingrad was the other major defeat suffered by the Nazis. Also when I said "Nazi Germany's FIRST major defeat in the west" I sort of implied the war was far from over, or did you not understand that? Ok lets be hypothetical and say Britain did fall in the Battle of Britain. Where would the American troops be based?? Do you really think America could launch a full scale invasion across the Atlantic bearing in mind there is no Royal Navy to protect you from U-boats and the fact that 1 in every 4 ships in 1941 was British which would now be of course Nazi? Lets assume at best 40% of troops make it to Europe, do you think the Nazi's would have lay down in front of you?? Or is it best to assume that without Britain as a base the D-Day invasions would have been impossible

      • Bigwilli who the fuck are chumbawumba? I don't listen to shit, enlighten me. As for the "we saved your ass in the war" argument. Its a strawman. when you pick it apart, it falls apart. Not even including the fact America wern't involved in the war when Britain won the battle of Britain, Nazi Germany's first major defeat in the west (the other being Stalingrad). Americans who use that argument are very ignorant.
