My thoughts on ACORN
- it is different attack a candidates policies rather than their character. There are two separate ideas, policies and character...McCain is attacking Obama on both fronts, and much to the chagrin of voters....

- hmmm, McCain acted against his own party? Reeeaaallllyyyy? "in the pursuit of what you htink is the right course of action" Well I mean, his version of the "right course of action" changes practically daily...so what then?

My thoughts on ACORN
- It is a different idea, that 150,000 is for Palin's personal image, not the image of the campaign. Since the beginning of the campaign she has been saying that she is one of us, just a regular "hockey mom". But my point is just that anyone who says they are one of us, then goes out and spends 150,000 dollars on a makeover, that seems hypocritical to the extreme.

- Of course, but come on.... 150,000 dollars of the RNC? That is money that people donated thinking that it would actually help out McCain, not add to the ego of some woman. Hmmm, I wonder how much Biden and Obama spend on making themselves look nice? Ever see a nice looking business woman? What she wears costs a couple hundred dollars tops, not 150,000 dollars. Give me a break

- It wasnt on just one outfit but on clothes for her husband and baby too. They spent 100 dollars on a baby outfit complete with ears. Now THAT is donation money well spent I say! Its kinda sad cause there goes out her credibility as being "one of us". Anyone who gets 150k on clothes is anything but an "average citizen."

- Yes, all I am saying is that anyone who relates Acorn to Obama needs a serious reality check. Also, if you think that what Acorn is doing will change the outcome of the election and create a huge debatable issue, then think again. In fact, there are appearing to be many more voter registration frauds (or well lack thereof) in the upcoming election that are being perpetrated by Republicans. Therefore, if voter fraud destroys this election, it will not be on the side of Democrats but rather Republicans.

My thoughts on ACORN
- Before accepting ballots and registered names, Acorn flags and forms that seems suspicious. Their average flag rate is about 17% which is quite high considering that the average for other organizations is just 5%. However, their scandal is not due to corrupt officials working on Obama's behalf but ignorant idiots who think are lazy bastards and think that they can make a 1-2 punch and get away with it in helping Obama and also getting paid. Acorn has some flaws which should be changed but their association with Obama has absolutely no impact on his character or defines the way that his campaign is being run. The campaigns cannot keep track of what individual people are doing. Its impossible.

- Yes, it is not necessarily flip flopping but I just used that term because so many people "love it". BUt it just shows McCains ideals in that he will do whatever he can to appeal to the most amount of people. His moderate views back in 2000 didnt help him, so then he turned more conservative. He will do anything in his power, whether it be changing his position or flat out lying, to be elected. That is not the kind of person I want in office. (and I am not saying that Obama has never changed positions, but he has never changed his ideals or ethics.)
