The Catholic church has a problem with gay priests, because Catholic priests cannot marry, alot of homosexuals see priesthood as a cover for their homosexuality, and homosexuals are much more inclined to abuse children. There is no Biblical doctrine that priests cannot marry, and there is alot of Biblical doctrine against sexual immorality and child abuse. - Some priests are, sure. But those priests aren't Christians, as they are homosexual child abusers, they are not following Christ. So all you have is gay people molesting children, and we already know that there is a strong relationship between homosexuality and child sexual abuse. Sexually abused children are more likely to become homosexual, and homosexuals are around 20-30x more likely to sexually abuse children. This is why, as homosexuality is forced on our culture, more and more kids are being abused.
