      • I agree with most of what you said, but if I may point out that science has proven a great many things. There has also been proof of many things by video, or photos, or stats on various subjects. I know that you don't want to take the first thing that comes along as gospel. You want to get more than 1 source of proof before making a conclusion right? Well, my point is that even if there is 10 different sources that say the same thing and slaps them in the face, some people won't believe it anyway. Just like some people who believe the moon landing was faked or the Holocaust never happened or the world is only 6,000 years old.

      • It's not for life but really, 45 days! Wouldn't you be mad too!! I caught my kid trying to text and drive and guess what? He doesn't have a phone for a while cause I took it, and if he tries to do it again, then he has no truck! He can walk! It starts at home and yes it can be done!

      • Um no it's not, and you shouldn't be putting on make up or eating while driving either. If your kids are being a pain in the ass then pull over to deal with them! Just because you and a lot of other people have picked up these bad habits, doesn't make it right!

      • I guess some people think it's no big deal. Here's a comment from the first post...."It takes nothing to get a license to drive. It takes nothing to text while driving. It takes nothing to walk on the road. It takes nothing to accidentally steer 1/100th of a degree to the right and accidentally kill someone walking on a road"............Yeah it also takes nothing to get drunk and get behind the wheel and do the same thing! Oh and By the way, you get a minimum of 10 years for vehicular homicide in most states. You damn right the wife and relatives are pissed! Wouldn't you be if that was your Dad or Mom? Teach your kids to turn the damn phone off while driving. That's why they invented VOICEMAIL. They can call you back later. If you feel the need to use the phone, PULL OVER and then make your call! What is so hard to understand about this?

      • Yes the founding fathers believed that there was a divine being, but made it clear to keep religion separate, because so many nations used religion as rule of law in society. It's been proven that there has been cultures that have realized that good is better than evil 3,000 years before the bible was even made. The Jesus story is a good one , but it has been past down from many different cultures going back almost 6,000 years. Just the names are different. The only reason we pretty much know that Santa doesn't exist is because it was made up only 150 years ago. just think if it was made up 2 or 3 thousand years ago! Get me?

About Me

I am for the 2nd amendment. I am for LESS government and more FREEDOM. I don't agree with people who think that they need the government to be their guide and tell them what to do. I believe in thinking for yourself. George Carlin, Richard Pryor, Sam Kinison, and Foster Brooks are my favorite comedians. I don't like Religions jammed down my throat, but I do believe in the idea of Karma because I have seen it in action many times. My creed is : I don't have any time for bullshit and I don't give it. The 3 things I love the most is playing and making music, riding my bike, and eating pussy. ( not necessarily in that order ) I also dislike rap music and think that everyone has gotten lazy in being creative!
