On July 2nd, Police in Louisville Kentucky rescued a six-year-old girl who had been kidnapped a few minutes before they received the call. A neighbor who witnessed a man snatch a young girl off of her bike and throw her in his car immediately jumped into his car and followed the suspect while calling 911 and providing police with a description and location of the man.
