I was requested by a viewer to post this video. This is from the 6pm news if you didn't see it. I don’t take it personally when people get mad at us for doing our jobs. But… we’re also not going to apologize for providing what could be life-saving info. Our policy… If a Tornado Warning is issued in the ABC-13 viewing area, we are here to help you. Hey, I get it-- I think we’ve all been mad at the guy on TV for cutting in over a ball game! That’s why do a split screen. We actually received more angry voice mails and messages than I can count. We play two of them for you here. I've been doing severe weather coverage for more than 20 years now. If anything, the vulgarity seems bolder. But I am not detered. Friends- we’re not going anywhere! Life is too good, and I don’t have time for haters. My goal and our goal is to tell people when they need to shelter up, and when they are safe from the storm.
