Cops waited over 2 hours for McGregor to come out of his house on May 11th to face charges for smacking a phone out of man's hand and stomping on it after he tried to get photo's of the former Champ.

The video shows Miami Beach officers explaining to two of McGregor’s associates that the fighter was going down to the police station.
