In this 1973 clip, we see Johnny Carson -- who was an accomplished stage magician himself -- ambush Uri Geller, an illusionist who claimed to have supernatural powers, on national television. What follows is a sweaty, cringe-inducing twenty minutes of Geller trying to contain his anxiety and fury while Carson smiles and looks on in seeming earnest.
