      • What is he talking about? All those great advances in medicine and science happened while wars were being waged and petty corrupt politics is the norm. I agree that politics is a messed up system that seems to hinder progress, But what does he hope to change by pointing that out? He's merely implying that he understands what the problem is. Other than that what separates this guy from the millions of other people who have noticed it. Guess we'll have to watch to find out. Maybe that was the point of posting this, to make us argue the meaning and then watch so we can formulate our own hypotheses. Conversely, this clip makes me think it's the kind of show that using all kind of pretty and intelligent sounding words to tug at your heartstrings and jerk a reaction out of you, just like the liberals.
