      • Potential is equally irrelevant. yes, Beethoven was an unaborted baby and so was hitler, stalin, the green river killer and the pope. it swings both ways.

      • I agree. sick emotional manipulation. In all fairness if they pass this law then women intending to not get an abortion should be made to see video of the child in some famine ridden country who will now starve because her child will offset the resources equivalent to one human life that would otherwise have been excess abundance for this country and been shipped off. she should then be forced to watch hours and hours of the show cops to see how aborted children turn out when they are raised by a family without the desire or resources to raise a child. finally she should have a reasonable competent doctor explain to her that, in fact, a fetus does NOT have a working lymbic system, so it has no damn feelings. it does NOT have a working nervous system so it feels no pain and it does NOT have a working pre frontal lobe so it has no thoughts. it should be explained to her that in fact insects suffer more than fetuses do and the fact that they look like a baby is irrelevant. • Unions, it has to be said

      • I don't want it to be illegal to form a union, I just get upset that it's mandatory and many union stores go so far as to forbid you to shop in non union stores and threaten your job if you do. Prices also raise because of union dues paid by the corporation. The reason walmart has such low prices is because they have no union to pay off. despite their reputation they pay good wages and offer many jobs to the under skilled, people who would otherwise just be fucked.

      • okay, here's alittle light on number one. women don't want to be 'raped' they want to feel so desireable that you can't restrain yourself. they want to pick the guy, pick the method, pick everything, already be settled on wanting it, and THEN they want the guy to be really aggressive because they feel special and less guilty.

      • if someone feels wronged, then we do something about it. You are correct in that my problem is mainly with the application of punishments and with the way laws are written as lists of things not to do rather then managements of the damage that is inevitable. people would be encouraged to drive reasonably to save their own lives and avoid consequences. proof of this comes from when Montana repealed traffic laws to see what would happen. what happened is nothing. traffic accidents did not increase whatsoever. http://www.motorists.org/speed-limits/safety-setting-limits#CONCLUSION
